Beställningsportalen

The order portal

The employer orders the check by entering the candidate's name, contact details, and type of check via the Right to Work portal.

The check can be conducted at a physical meeting at one of our 20 service centers or digitally remote - depending on what was selected at the time of ordering.

Bokningsportalen

The booking portal

The candidate receives a personal link and books their own time and location for the check at any service center across Sweden.

The system sends reminders via SMS and email, handles cancellations and rebookings, and ensures that the candidate completes the check on time.

Right to Work-kontrollen

Right to Work-kontrollen

At the check appointment, the individual meets one of our trained operators who verifies the authenticity of the ID documents and papers brought.

The check includes both a visual inspection and an electronic verification of security features and potential signs of tampering. The operator ensures that the individual is the same person they claim to be and that the right to work is valid.

Myndighetskontakt

Authority contact

When needed, the Migration Agency is contacted to verify the individual's status. A written response is documented and stored as part of the control chain.

This gives the employer full traceability and assurance that the right decision was made based on current authority information.

Underrättelser

Notifications

Notifications to the Swedish Tax Agency and Migration Agency for third-country nationals and asylum seekers are generated automatically when needed.

The correct forms are filled in and uploaded together with the report. Through automated storage, reports are preserved over time according to applicable regulations.

Right to Work-rapport

Right to Work-rapport

After the check is completed, we compile a report with information about the individual, reviewed documents, and any deviations. The candidate's status is marked green or red.

The report is encrypted and made available in the service portal. The orderer receives a password via email that provides secure access to the report.

Uppföljning

Follow-up

Automated follow-up for persons with time-limited permits through continuous information retrieval from the Migration Agency.

Reminders are sent at expiry dates and when status changes occur with authorities. The employer receives ongoing status updates.
