Structured checks of identity, right to work, and attendance - tailored for workplaces with compliance and traceability requirements.
The Right to Work platform provides structured checks of identity, right to work, and attendance for organizations with compliance and secure access control requirements. The solution handles onboarding of both own employees and external personnel through physical verification, digital documentation, and continuous follow-up.
The enrollment checks are specifically designed for larger workplaces with many external personnel and consultants, such as industrial or construction sites. The checks are conducted by trained staff on-site or by the Sistec team at the workplace's main entrance.
Sistec provides an enrollment portal where suppliers register information about the persons who will be present at the workplace. The data is stored in the Right to Work system and verified when the person is granted access.
When needed, an external enrollment portal can also be used. The data from it is validated in the same way as via the Sistec portal when granting access.

At the check appointment, the authenticity of the individual's ID documents and work documents is examined. The ID documents are scanned in a specialized ID scanner that performs an electronic verification of security features and detects potential signs of tampering.

The operator photographs the individual with the connected camera via the Right to Work portal. The system then compares the image with the portrait on the ID document and the photo stored on the ID document's NFC chip - ensuring it is the same person.

After the check is completed, a report is compiled with information about the individual, reviewed documents, and any deviations. The report is encrypted and securely stored in the Right to Work portal for easy access during audits.

Right to Work sends automatic follow-up reminders, for example when a work permit is approaching its expiry date. Continuous monitoring is required when a permit has expired but the individual is awaiting a new decision from the Swedish Migration Agency, or in cases of exceptions during an ongoing asylum process.

Workers sent to Sweden by a foreign employer must be registered as posted workers with Arbetsmiljöverket. Companies that fail to do so often do it to avoid taxes in Sweden. The service recipient is obligated to report such deficiencies.
The Right to Work platform automatically verifies that posting is correctly registered for all workers enrolled in the electronic staff register.

The host registers the visitor in advance via the visitor registration portal. The information is automatically sent to Right to Work and an email reaches the designated decision-maker, who approves or rejects the visit via a link.
Both host and visitor are notified of the outcome. Upon arrival, the guard checks in the visitor via the visitor module in Right to Work. Inside the workplace, the visitor is escorted by their host.

Drivers who need to bring their vehicle to the workplace apply via the vehicle registration portal with details about the purpose and vehicle. The information flows automatically to the vehicle module in Right to Work.
A designated decision-maker approves or rejects the vehicle request. Upon arrival, the guard locates the vehicle in the system and issues a permit that is placed visibly on the windshield.
