In partnership with Almega Serviceföretagen Sistec offers issuance of ServiceID+.
For employers: ServiceID+ is proof of professionalism. The card shows that the company takes responsibility for having only employees with valid right to work, with ongoing follow-up throughout the employment.
For clients: Assurance that the supplier complies with agreed checks. Via the portal, the client can see which persons have been checked and their current status.

The employer orders a ServiceID+ card via the portal.
The employee's identity and right to work are established.
The ServiceID+ card is issued if all requirements are met.
Ongoing follow-up is carried out automatically throughout the validity period.
The employer is informed if anything changes, e.g., if a permit expires.
The client can be invited to view the status of on-site personnel.
The order portal
Order ServiceID+ cards directly in the portal and track the status of all checks. The portal is the company's tool for managing employees and keeping documentation up to date.
The check
At the time of application, the employee's identity and right to work are established. Only persons who meet the requirements receive a ServiceID+ card.
Verified Workforce
ServiceID+ ensures that the individual:
- Has a verified identity
- Has the right to work in Sweden
- Has ongoing follow-up of the right to work
Reporting & documentation
All documentation is gathered in the portal. Easy to demonstrate that the correct checks have been carried out during procurement or audits.
Third-party access
Invite your client to the portal. The client can see that checks have been completed, view a photo of the individual, and monitor any status changes - full transparency.
Ongoing follow-up
Throughout the card's validity period, the employee's right to work status is monitored. If the right to work ceases, the employer is immediately notified.
