Sistec verifies identity and right to work for every individual before access is granted, and continuously follows up on suppliers and contractors on-site.
Identity and the right to work
Contractors register their individuals in the Right to Work portal. Before access is granted, all information is validated and each person meets a Sistec operator - at one of our offices or on-site at your location.
The operator reviews ID documents, verifies identity, and ensures right to work in Sweden. After an approved check, access is opened in the staff register and/or the access control system.
Pre-registration
The worker is registered in advance with all necessary information.
ID06 / motsvarande
An active ID06 card or equivalent is checked.
Identity verification
Authenticity check of passport and national ID.
Right to work
Verification of documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
Migrationsverket
Check with Migrationsverket when needed.
Report
Encrypted report with reviewed documents and any deviations.
Posting check
Workers sent to Sweden by a foreign employer must be registered with Arbetsmiljöverket. The Right to Work platform continuously monitors that all registered individuals are correctly posted.
Evaluation of pre-registered companies
Before a new company is granted access, we check F-tax, employer contributions, VAT, collective agreements, ID06 registration, and posting. When needed, Sistec conducts in-depth investigations of companies and ownership structures.
